modern technology aint dat efficient after all. Just look at wat happened today for instance.

It was our lunch break n me, nene and yisi decided to go to the library to do some work (ya..with the com =P). Along the way, we passed by de new titbits vending machine (talk abt keeping trim n fit) n out of curiosity (wanted to see how tt damn thing works), we decided to get a packet of MnMs.(nene sure enjoys such cheap thrills haha!) After slotting in $1.20 worth of coins, de 3 of us stood in front of the vending-machine's-plastic-transparent-panel n watched in anticipation as the black thing (the one tt holds the titbits) slowly unwind, pushing the packet of MnMs ever so slowly as it prepared to drop down into the collector bin. n TADA! we can finally satisfy our stomachs with MnMs! Melts in your mouth, not in ur hands!

YA RIGHT!

The TADA part onwards? It nv happened. The black thing did its job by unwinding itself n pushing the MnMs forward but the MnMs just simply refused to "jump down"! In other words, it got stuck! So nene came out with this brilliant idea to seek help from the security guards for perhaps, the might have the key to unlock the vending machine. As expected, they weren't of much help to us. Don blame them, i mean, security guards aren't meant to guard vending machines rite? haha! So the guard told us to call the no. printed on the vending machine. The lady told me to put in somemore coins so de 2nd packet of MnMs can push the first pack out. Den said tt when the maintainence guy comes to mj, she'l get him to repay me $1.20 but i have to return him the 2nd pack of MnMs. so dumb. Hence, in conclusion, we got 2 packs of MnMs instead of 1. Dont think i wana use tt machine ever again..maybe they intend to make us buy 2 packs instead of 1? more revenue more profits ma..haha..u nv noe!

Yep, prelims are over. But i dont feel any different. Have been slacking ever since sat. Seems like the more i slack, the more guilty i feel, and the more guilty i feel, the more stressed i become. Simply bcoz im always feeling that i shld be studying hard for my a's n not rotting my life away in front of some stupid tv. Feeling guilty is definitely not good, in fact, guilt often leads to anger. Maybe i shld juz go to church more often n let Pastor prince's msgs freshen me up a little bit. Will be looking forward to going for bS with my aunt this friday night. =D

Am supposed to go for an alumni meeting tonite at gv. But cant make it coz my parents r working overtime n i'l have to help look after the dogs. n yep,i wouldnt want to miss my 7 o'clock show -dragon heros. Not tat i like/believe in dragons, in fact, im surprised tt my dad dint stop me from watching it bcoz as a christian, we're sort of like not suppose to deal with any thing tt's got dragon in them. So ya, im watching it bcoz there's cui peng (acting as yao lie) in the show! haha..he's quite good looking ok..n the storyline is quite entertaining too.

Actually, i doubt i'l be spending any money bcoz i dont think i need new shoes/bags for now, but hard to sae la =P. and we'l be scouting for good makan places too..then maybe at nite, we'll head down to parkway for dinner at Suki Sushi. Not confirmed though, we'll see how it goes. Then on thurs, we're going cycling! von even wanted to cycle from morning till evening. I think that's madness. n on fri, im going shopping for clothes at bugis, n if i have time, maybe head down to the new nlb, then im off to suntec to meet my aunt for church + dinner!

Seems like i cant do without food. Tried to go on a diet for 2 days last week n i tell u..its pure torture! Dont noe how others can stand it. n i ran 4 rounds on the track this morning! impressive eh? I myself am impressed tt i have so much self-discipline to force myself to get up at 7.30am n go to tamp stadium for a jog. hahahahaha. Almost died while running k..saw a dead cockroach on the track too, gross. Seems like exercising n dieting don work for me, guess i can only pray tt God will give me a supermodel's body + figure, one tt will nv go out of shape no matter how much i eat, independant of the fats, sugar, carbo i consume when i go to heaven. haha..all of u muz sae amen to tt k..coz when 2 or more agree, it shall be done by God himself. =D

juz swopped my toshiba laptop for my dad's apple ibook. haha..still figuring out how it works though..n i cant seem to adjust the colour or change the font for my blog entries! There's no icon tt allows me to do so..weird...so i guess this entrys' gonna seem a little weird..lol

The channel 8 seven o'clock dragon show is quite nice. First time im actually keen on watching a "gu dai" show..muz be nene's influence....tt shui linglong is so pretty..n Yao Lie is so handsome..everytime he appears on tv..i'll juz smile to myself..haha! my aunt thinks im mad..i think im mad too..esp after all these days of muggimadness..argh!

Had a class outing on sat. Treated mr lim to a teachers' day lunch at plaza sing's cafe cartel. Ordered fish n chips again..haha..den after lunch..me nene n yisi went to orchard..walked from heerens all the way to far east..had to help yisi keep a look out for wei choong too..haha! Prelims r in 1 week's time n i still cant remember whr i last put my I/C!! im very sure its in my room coz i remembered telling myself dat i had to keep it in some place whr i can find it easily..but no..its been 5 days..ive searched high n low n I STILL CANT FIND IT! die man..pray tt i'l dream of whr i last left my I/C k..

i finally got out of my hse yesterday..went to watch superstar finals at the indoor stadium..was supposed to go with yisi initially..but yisi dint wana go..den was supposed to go with my aunt..but she's afraid tt her boss won let her off frm work early..n so..i ended up going with my mom..in the end..yisi oso went coz M1 gave her a free pair of tix..n since i had 2 pairs of tix..i decided to give de extra pair 2 boon sun n fren since they were the ones who asked me first..haha..lucky him..

reached indoor stadium at ard 6.40pm..saw lotsa ppl gathered outside the administration office..but i couldnt care less as i was supposed to meet boon sun n yisi outside the north entrance at 6.30pm..but as i was abt to cross the road..i saw junyang n candyce! perfect view ok..not blocked by anyone at all! whaha...then i realised tt that was the "fake" red carpet..haha..n there was this other guy who came out with junyang..dono wats his name la..(his name is william..haha..juz found tt out from the webby) so i juz waved at him n he stared back n waved! whaha..damn funny ok..after tt..yisi came to find me n we both stood on this grass patch..quite a good spot coz their cars will drive pass us n we can wave at them again..haha! then came the superstar judges..n tt anthony png judge was the only one who waved back from the car..haha..so hilarious..tt shui shang piao judge is so tiny..think he muz have been squashed up by lee wei song n li fei hui in the back seat of the car..lol..then came the perfect 10 crew! haha..wanted to take a good pic for von but then..............we ended up taking the car window with no jamie yeo's face..haha..sorry von! will try harder next time k? lol

7.15pm..doors opened n there were many ppl selling magazines..each purchase came with a free kelly/weilian poster..yisi bought one for nene though..nene is mad k..she even used her cam to take pics of the superstars from her TV!!! madness i tell u..first she tells me to take lotsa pics..requests tt i blog a really long n detailed entry..n next..she tells me she's helping me n yisi take pics too..from whr? from her tv screen! funny la..

chong qin n peifen..de 93.3 DJ's were the "entertainers" of the night..each time they shout a superstars' name..everyone will juz start screaming...so loud k! wei jian seemed to have the most fans as he got the loudest screams. Ooo..n the judges were pretty cool too..during advertisement breaks..fans kept screaming for "SHUI SHANG PIAO" haha..then he'l wave back..so silly..lee wei song oso has lotsa fans..everytime chong qin saes lee wei song/shui shang piao..the whole stadium wil scream like crazy..n JJ sang pretty well last nite too..sounds quite good live..

actually..i dono wat to say oredi..think this superstar event was much more enjoyable than singapore idol..seemed more organised..more exciting..n judges weren't as crappy as those in sg idol..haha..sound system as good as ever..but sths it got so loud it seemed as though the background music was drowning out their voices..so couldnt really focus on their singing..apparently..wei lian bagged 64% of the votes while kelly, only 36%...kinda similar to the taufik n sly vote margin..gave one vote to wei lian for his 2nd song..n my mom gave 2 votes to kelly..actually i oso don care la..don even support anyone..i juz voted coz my fingers were itchy n i was pretty bored and HUNGRY..stupid 5 dollar hot dog bun..argh..n so..i shall conclude tt my fifty cents did not go to waste after all. =D
