todae is initial-x* day. met maryann in de train at 12.30pm. tot i was pretty late coz we were supposed to meet de rest at 1pm at somerset mrt station. but i wasn't dat worried coz i knew dat samo was bound to be late again n guess wad? i was right! it was oredi 12.40pm n she was still at home!! hahaz. we told maymay to meet us at 2pm coz we wanted to organize a mini birthday surprise 4 her. so samo n maryann went to heerens to buy her a slice of b-day cake (oreo cheese cake!) while i accompanied acey to book a room at k-box cineleisure. acey brought n blew de balloons n when maymay arrived..we threw them all at her..how interesting eh?

the first song we sang at k-box was some jay chou song..cant rmb the title but i quite like it! dint really noe much songs so me n samo started to browse thru the eng song category..but de songs r so outdated la! they still have "if i let u go" by westlife n "i'l nv break ur heart" by bsb! so oldiee can..n it seemed as though the onli song i really knew how to sing was "qi li xiang" by jay chou..so sad rite..sang dat like 2-3 times..hahaz..no choice lo..its either i dont noe the song..cant reach the notes..or don noe how to read fan ti zi..was practically munching my time on peanuts..so sad la..

left k-box at 6.30pm..wouldn't have left if nt 4 de k-box staff hu chased us out..(was supposed to leave at 5pm)..but oso very good coz it meant dat i cld stop "binging" on peanuts. lol. den we went to take neoprints! very fun!





after dat, we went to ljs for dinner..its like everytime i go to cine..there's nth else to eat but ljs..so sad..n poor ace..she barely ate her corn n it dropped on the floor..told u rats had small hands..haha! after dinner, we went to heerens..me n acey bought ourselves a belt each..very nice! den after dat..we went to far east to buy my shoes for my uncle's wedding..(its some kind of white flat ballet-lookalike-shoes)...den we went to maymay's shop to visit her mum..along the way..sharp-eyed mary-ann spotted leandra! she was funny!

us: no (think she was imitaing some singer)
so we did a mini self-introduction which was accompanied with hand shakes too! and her fren was like " of coz they noe u r leandra la" hahaz..so comical..den after taking pics with her,
she asked: " did u watch de idol finale?"
us: err..ya (in my mind..i was wondering whether she was toking abt sg idol or american idol)
leandra: did u see leandra?!
us: HUH?! (this time i was really confused..is she toking abt SI? or aI?! haha)
leandra: as in leandra jackson!
us: oh...yea..lol
and she used her hp(i think) as her mike n began to sing star-spangled banner..so cute. =Pp

carrie won. bo didnt. which is gd bcoz as wad M-A saes, the idol title is always cursed. But be it cursed or nt, its oso none of my business coz i think dat both carrie n bo r the best top 2 american idol finalist out of all the 4 seasons. last nite's finale was nice. loved the part where they revealed simons' greatest secret! mikalah oso did a great job as a red carpet host! so funny. n latoya sort of reminded me of farnana..hahaz. n constantine's rock performance with nadia n jessica was nice too! baby V! always so pretty! n the last song dat bo sang on wed nite? i like! but sadly..ai4 has come to an end..which means dat there'll be nth 4 me to look forward to on wed n thurs! sad case.

im so happy! y? coz mj beat vj at the soccer finals yest n by emerging as champions, goody good ms lai decided to declare tml a sch hol! which means i don have to pia econs essays..chem revision worksheet n even better..don have to wake up in de wee hrs of da morning! yipee~ samo! r u jealous or r u nt? hahaz =D

acelyn! u shld have come watch de match! saw quite a few tj ppl there too..de match was so exciting la..during the 1st 15mins..me n peilin tot dat mj sure die oredi coz the vj soccer players had speed n the ball was always at the vj goal post n there were several times when vj almost scored too but too bad..they juz dint hav de luck..sad case..

first half over..no goals so far..great time for me to calm my nerves n maybe..rest my gonna-explode-heart. but this time..2nd half was much better coz mj scored a goal! but then dat stupid refree gave vj a free kick juz 5 mins b4 de end of de match! apparently some mj guy grabbed the ball with his 2 legs n coz de vj guy to trip n fall..but i doubt its true! muz be refree bias! stupid times 3!

whistle blows..score now is 1-1..which means mj n vj have to play again..but this time in a time interval of 10mins..(fast forward) 10mins up..score now is...................................................still 1-1...=D
so no choice but to have penalty kick. i hate this! its so stressful! n each time a soccer player comes up to receive the ball..the whole compound will juz go silent! n i really mean silent!!! so stressful until i dint even dare look! n guess wat happened..both mj n vj had 4 out of 5 successful penalty shots!! %$#@&!! which is like a tie again!!! so no choice but to do it all over again..but this time we were given only 2 chances. (fast forward) vj misses the goal post n mj wins. born to be the best..rising above the rest..dats wat we r! hahaz..eeww..im having goosebumps.

my throat hurts frm all the shouting..n my ulcer hurts..it seems as if shouting n screaming would really help get the ball far away frm the vj goal post..which i think is quite true..although it sounds silly..=Pp..match lasted frm 5pm all the way till 7.30pm..so dark oredi but they refused to turn on the stadium lights..sg really damn budget loh..n now..i have to rush back hm to catch AI4 finals..another stressful moment for me! eventhough carrie is strong vocally..i stil hope bo wins..but can forget abt hoping oredi coz carrie oredi won. (oops..sorry if u hav nt watched ai4 yet! =Pp) n den there was eye for a guy!! howard's behaving strangely these few days..dono wats up with him..n i think he kinda resembles an ah pek..hahaz..n jeff! wats he stil doing in the comp.? denise! eliminate him! wolfgang? so X-men la..haha..n shan..oh poor shan..was eliminated..another sad case..but nvm..life still goes on..n yes! i still have nt started on my mission! omg la..we're so smart..n i shall sae this again..(except nene who seems to be getting stupidier by de day) lalalala

aha! mjc beat rjc soccer tdy with a score of 1-0! next week or maybe the week after..we'l be playing against vj for the first and second placing. gonna be hard to get 1st coz vj has been the all time JC soccer champion! but who noez..miracles do happen too. =D

during our bus journey to teacher's network at grange road, we flooded yisi's camera with all of our photos! haha..took lotsa stupid pics which made us look like retards!

then when the match ended at ard 6.30pm..we lexonnians took "bus 11" to orchard road for dinner..went to taka foodcourt n guess who we saw along the way? olinda cho! haha..she was toking so loudly on the phone loh..sae wat "..my b-day next tues etc etc.." den sth really silly happened..we walked past this Power98 booth n the DJ's(i tink) there were like.."i see ppl in blue! or izit light blue or baby blue?!" den at first we dint noe it was us but there wasn't anyone else in blue uni except us! wats more..we came in a big grp..so obviously it had to be us..normal reaction, run!! n tt stupid dj guy started to chase us..chase abit then stop..so dui lian!! haha..but maybe we shld have let him interview us..who noez? we may have won ourselves a car! haha..im crazy

den after dinner, went to meet sam..mary-ann n maymay at cine LJS..met sylvia along the way too..n so qiao, ting julez, deeque etc were there having dinner too..n julez as usual..tot i was sam! -.- lol...then after dat.. we went to heerens for our neoprint session!

*Doorgift frm church!*

church was fun! had a combined church service at de indoor stadium as today was pastor prince's birthday! the stage was nicely done up..spotlights here n there..n we had praise n worship in the dark! haha..n we listened to pastor prince's sermon in the dark too..supposed to turn on the lights but then he said it would be more romantic if we juz had spotlights..lol..pretty long service..started at 11.15am n ended at like ard 2pm..but it was enjoyable..wouldn't mind having to sit there till 6..i mean..im hungry 4 the word n i cant help it..

after the whole service..we watched a video clip videoed specially for pastor prince..then there were ppl like glenn ong..jamie yeo..joscelyn yeo n many others who gave their birthday blessings to pastor..after dat..the whole congregation rose to sing him a b-day song! haha..it was out of tune!..esp with pastor joshua as the lead singer..=P

In the past..i used to have this thinking tt if God sent Jesus to die on de cross 4 all our sins..to such an extent dat today, we enjoy condemnation of sins no more..then wouldn't tt mean dat we r free to commit sin like nobody's business? Actually..yes..we r still prone to commiting sinful actions n deeds bcoz God onli died for OUR sins but not TO sin..but after knowing all abt His love for u..would u still want to go n commit murder? no rite..coz u'l juz wana love Him more..dat's wat we call God's grace..=D

this is dumb..MJ expects us to get our own padlocks for our lockers..so pathetically dumb...

its only monday n im oredi feeling mentally drained n physically exhausted. seems like this week is nt gonna be any better. Juz had econs DRQ test today..den had napfa test (5 stations)..n guess wat? i passed! actually its no big deal but being able to do 3 incline pullups is a major miracle! think dats all? nope..there's still chem test tml n imgaine having to sit thru 2 maths lectures n 2 dreadful econs tutorials. then comes wed..spa trials! muz memorize again..sianz..n den thurs..there's 2.4km napfa test..its never-ending! now i understand y calvin lim saez tt this is one of our most hectic period of J2 life..sianz..hopefully i can last till fri n still have sufficient energy to BLOG..=D

Cant believe tt the weekend+labour day hol is over..which means i have to dread sch all over again..but thank god for no mon blues this week!
Was practically slacking during the past 3 days..dint really do anything productive..eg: out of 3 hrs,2 hrs is spent on doodling and day-dreaming. Dreaming abt wat i shall do after my A's haha!\m/

Sat 30th apr
met yisi..jiayun..yuching n sandy at pasir ris control stat at 5.45pm..accompanied yuching to whitesands to buy sandy's belated b-day present..then went to costa sands 4 class bbq. the chalet was pathetic!
#1 no air-con on first floor..how to watch tv comfortably? =P
#2 u had to climb up de stairs to get 2 de tiny bedroom..haha
#3 no bbq pit outside..have to make ur own..but quite fun la..eventhough i dint bbq anything..=X
den at 8pm..went up to de bedroom with sandy to watch PSC(got sly! ) frm the bedrm window (coz got aircon) upstairs. sly so cuteeeee n he kept "pointing" n "waving" at me! whahaha..n so irritating la..shannon kept using his hand to cover sly n kuan lye n jasper had to purposely switch off the tv when sly appeared!!! n von..omg..kept imitating sly n it so happened tt when she waved..he oso waved..haha! cldn't stand his actions when he sang di yi ge yuan yin..like very constipated..
n den..it was time to sabo sandy..so dumb ok...coz peilin asked me to buy whipcream to sabo her when sandy was with me! so obvious ah..but no whipcream so bought flour instead..tried to hide frm her but to no avail..n yisi..even better..helped to cook up a story by saying tt peilin wanted the flour to coat the prawns when there weren't any prawns at all! haha..but we dint use the flour at all..instead we poured gassy drinks on her n she attacked back by pouring a cup of satay chili sauce onto jasper's head..but think she dint aim properly coz some of it entered his eye n he got a small but quite deep cut above his eye..cldn't stop bleeding so yisi lent him $ to see a doc..but dat useless doc dint dare to stitch it up so had to go to cgh..where the doc asked him whether he wanted to stitch or glue the wound up..haha..i dint noe u cld glue a wound..lol..

Sun Labour Day
went to Fosters at holland V for lunch with my aunt..the steak there is yummilicious! the mushroom soup..oOoo..simply heavenly! n the price..equally fantastique too. den after dat, went to this shop called Da Paolo sth..interesting place..they sold unique pastries in nice little containers n u cld buy ready made pasta sauce frm them too! Their eclairs r big but they're nice..yea..wanted to go to the esplanade coz got sly event but then..no mood..so forget it..

Mon May 2nd
supposed to go for lunch with grandma at tamp st 11..but sadly..it was under reno..so changed of plans..uncle drove us to changi village for lunch instead..had a hard time choosing wat to eat coz both stalls sold exactly de same stuff except they received different food awards...so after 15 mins..i decided to have wanton mee coz it had the Best Food Award ..lol..n their goreng pisang oso very nice..got greenbook award..my grandma wants me to bring her here again coz she wants 2 try de nasi lemak..shall take her for a bum boat ride to pulao ubin..hopefully she doesn't scream at me when we reach there..=P

pissed..sad..happy..lonely..guilty. i hate it when i feel this way. i hate it when my mom comes in n screams a thousand words at me when im using da comp but barely saez anything when im doing my work. i hate it when my dad compares me with others, thinking dat its really easy to get straight A's. i hate it when my mom asks me wats wrong..and all i can sae is nth bcoz we have poor mother-daughter relationship. i hate it when ppl insult sly in front of me. i hate it when ppl younger than me toke to me in a rude manner. i hate it when my church frenz look down on others who don have the same spiritual level as them(i dont noe if its true but its the feeling i get frm dem when i go to church). damn. i have so many hates but deep down inside, i noe tt He still loves me...
