wat is this?! sly's latest single was gonna be aired live on Y.E.S 93.3Fm frm 5pm onwards n of all things to happen..my hse had to have a power failure at 5pm!!! no electricity = no music frm da radio!! how sad la..but thank God for this person who managed to record down the song..phew~

well..yesterday went to aunt's hse to watch HIGH ON LIVE..saw myself on tv so many times!! Went to this restaurant in balestier for dinner..den went to Chijmes Father Flanagan's irish pub for a drink..had my all time favourite, Frozen Black Irish! den had Bailey's coffee liquer..which was also quite good. Hopefully the alcohol doesn't kill my brain cells. =S
Stayed overnight at my aunt's place..me my uncle n my aunt had to practically squeeze onto the master bed. n bcoz of dat..i daren't slp for fear tt i'l roll off the bed n hit my head on the floor. den woke up at 8.47am..went to bathe..then went to chinatown for brunch..had porridge n abit of carrot cake..yummyz! den went to orchard n met up with rin..maryann..julz and ting..can u believe it? I was at heerens for almost de whole day! 1.30pm till 8pm! hahaz..n oOO..i got myself a pair of earrings..a pink "nike" wrist band..and treated myself to dinner at NYDC..

Someone's complaining dat i don blog enuf..but what choice do i have? every single day seems equally dull n boring..im juz awaiting for de day where sth interesting will happen. ok..let's juz blog abt yesterday..=P
yesterday was my last block test paper! but wat's there to rejoice? i still have mid yrs..prelims..n a levels! see how sad my life is? hahaz.. was supposed to watch spongebob movie with von..yisi..and nene but in the end..we decided not to go coz there were too few of us..so nene went back to pack her rm..yisi went back to slp..n the rest of us went to TM's MOS. Eliz so funny..she actually forgot tt u can go back to ur seat n wait for them to serve u ur burger..so she was like waiting at the counter..saying "why my burger so long ah?!" hahaz..so dumb..=X
Den von as usual went to buy buns..but don eat too much kiez..coz got high carbo content! n so funny la..first it was giant moustache..n now its ginSHENG!!! wat the hell..its ginSENG my dear..haha..
n oh my goodness..von was superbly suay yesterday..she not only embarassed herself with the wrong pronounciation of ginseng..she oso ended up having to watch robots with mr lim next to her!! i mean there r so many seats in a movie theatre and of all places..mr lim n von were placed next to each other! maybe they're juz meant to be..hahaha..but cannot be coz mr lim brought his gay partner along! maybe there're not gay but imagining two big guys watching ROBotS together? eewwww! n that movie really suits mr lim..coz he's as rigid as a robot! yucks..im not gonna watch tt show anymore..anyway..i dint even intend to..lol..

i'm so HIGH! so High on life!!! almost died in the mosh pit yesterday..was practically screaming n jumping non-stop frm 7 plus till 11pm..dat's like 3 hrs! its like some enduarance test or sth coz the director was like " if i catch anyone not full of energy..out u go". so he tested our energy lvl n stamina with the song lala by ashley simpson n even b4 the song ended..i was oredi abt to die!! then wang lee hom appeared n we had to maintain dat kind of hyper energy lvl for all his 3 songs..i don rly noe who he is but i think he kinda resembles utt.
then sly appeared frm my side of the stage! but cldn't see coz the lights were so blinding..then he went over to the mosh pit n mingled with the crowd..dat's where he's gonna start his song for we will rock you..so lame la..haha..n the poor sg lions have to be like models..walk here walk there..lol..n there's this cute ang mo guy..think he's the captain..apparently..his name became OI coz his shirt had OI printed all over it..whaha..
then the other idol finalist n taufik came on stage..they did their rehersals while we all stood there watching..n waiting for time to pass...but its kinda interesting coz we get to see the real side of them n actually get to see them do stupid things too..haha..Sly was gross la..he was licking his microphone n then he rubbed it on daphney's shirt..then almost licked her necklace too la..after dat began to suck his choker..think he's hungry so rin gave him a lollipop n he happily sucked it..like little boy man...then since he was in front of me n sam..i....as usual had to do the asking..so i asked him abt how the boxers were den he dono do wat action coz he paiseh..whahaha..n when rui en appeared..me n sam were like "Sly..ur idol!" then he was like " nah..my idol nt her..its BOA" then during rehersals..chrissy poo kept kicking sly's butt n there was one part where they hugged! so gross can n sly keeps forgetting where he's supposed to stand la..n his new haircut makes him look thinner! and taufik is so damn hot can..he's nice too..when we shout taufik..he'll wave..haha..like duh..n he put his finger to his lips to tell us to "sHhH..i'll come over later" n he did! so nice. n u noe sth..its 9pm n the full dress rehersal has not yet started.
finally! 9.30pm..start of full dress rehersal..overall..i rate the whole show 4 stars! think the songs the idols sing r really nice..esp sly's jian dan ai! i feel so blessed..i mean who gets to be part of mediacorp's rehersals rite..haha..n wat's more..get to touch so many of their hands..n joanne peh is so pretty!!! took pics with leandre..bev..jeassea..daniel ong..fiona xie..during our dinner break..we were so busy until we dint even have time to sit down for dinner..in the end had to finish up my chicken cutlet..shared with sam..in 5 mins as we had to report to mdc theatre studios by 7pm.
oh man..8 more hours b4 im outta this place n into the mosh pit..rly cant wait..n i think the director shld pay us..coz he said tt we play a very impt role in this event n so if let's say all of us don turn up how? haha..juz kidding..who wouldn't turn up for such a rare oppurtunity..*screams*

...money is defined as anything tt is readily acceptable in settlement of a debt. The functions of money : for shopping..eating..n pampering myself. No..or izit a medium of exchange..unit of account....wateva..think the first one sounds more appealing..(*wonders y economist have so much time to think abt all these things)
yipee! i've got tix to the high on life event! n wat's more..they r MOSH PIT tickets!!! thnx to irene who decided to take the iniciative n call mediacorp. yeaness! but so dumb la..tml have to go for rehersal at mediacorp studios to practise our screaming..shouting..n dancing..as if we wouldn't scream when sly appears..haha..
n oOo..yest was jasper's b-day..went to the airport n lucky me enjoyed a swensens treat frm him! had fish n chips but dono y the fries don taste as gd as those i tried at the swensens pasir ris outlet. then we ordered a cookies n cream ice cream cake n i think the staff working there were kinda irritated with us coz:
1. von n kuanlye kept screaming for sprite wen the waiter oredi noez damn well tt they wan sprite..haha..
2. we kept pestering them to hurry up with our b-day cake order coz nene wanted to see her cute monk on tv
3. we made the waiter feel as though we were having a wedding dinner by asking for 10 plates n 10 forks to eat our cake. (but nt our fault wad..i mean u cut the cake into 10 pieces n leave it on the table liddat..how do u expect us to eat? lick it? wats more..he dint even cut the cake until we asked him to.)
the bill amounted to 154 bucks but since jasper onli brought 80 bucks..the rest of us had to foot 10 bucks each if we dint wana be left washing plates for swensens. n tt reminds me..i still owe yuan fang 10 bucks class fund! haha
after dinner..we decided to go to the viewing gallery to take some pics. but to our dismay..couldn't find it anywhere..esp after walking all the way to the end of terminal 2 n coming back to swensens, our starting pt again..so ended up taking a picture in this open area..n von made a very stupid comment abt the pic.." we look like frenz!"..like duh..den wat do we look like? husband n wife? whahaha.. n its dragon beard candy..not giant moustache!!

Sly's back from taiwan! yea..like it really concerns me liddat..was supposed to go to the airport with rin n sam on sat to welcome him back frm taiwan but last min heard tt he postponed his flight to who noez when. n apparently..he planned for a hush hush return..which is today..but i don blame him la..i mean with all the media wanting to noe more abt his relationship with maia n stuff..surely he deserves some form of privacy? worst of all..he's on the verge of a nervous breakdown? juz don understand y these ppl cant give him n his family a little space of their own..n Ooo..he's gonna go for a press conference too..cant imagine a corny..childish..playful person going for one..haha
Managed to finish studying my econs money n supply lecture notes today..was a challenge as i dint understand alot of things..juz realised tt i have forgotten some of my organic chem stuff..esp those topics on acid derivatives n nitrogen compounds..i think im suffering from a 4 sector withdrawal syndrome..[Savings+Taxes+Imports=Short Term Memory]..i think im gonna explode soon..

today is scholars' day..how interesting. MJ invited 2 scholars (one frm Jobfactory..de other a teacher from IJC) to come and share with us their past experience on getting a scholarship. Wasn't as boring as i expected it to be n i even got inspired by them too! bcoz of them..me and peilin suddenly had this urge to wana start our own Ice-Cream palour! its called P-sQuareD n its slogen is " The Choice To A "Cooler" u!" haha..damn lame la...n peilin oso tot abt having an ice-cream vending machine..where u can choose wat flavours..toppings..etc u wan by juz pushing a button! its so easy!

i passed my chi! no more chi for the rest of my life!!! yipee! Thank you daddy for answering my prayers! love u so so much~
Sandy told me tt she saw my pic taken with sly at the valentine's dinner date on friday's lian he wan bao..oh man..now the whole world noez i'm a bra fanatic..this is so embarassing..thank God not many ppl read lian he wan bao..phew~ My block test is juz round the corner n i seriously have to mug this time.. as Agnes adviced me..she said to go with the flow by leading a spirit led life..God..ur beloved is not a born mugger..so pls help me!!

Ordered a coke float..which they call 5th avenue drink..

n u shld have seen the cup sam's drink was in..practically looked like one used for storing honey or the one used for peeing in the olden days..haha..so we called it the servant's drink..haha..quite true coz she's the servant..im the queen..n rin's the king..haha..so lame.. n ooOO..we ordered a bowl of salad too! its called farmboy n i learnt to eat veggies..wat's more..the salad dressing was fat-free ranch..dat was the healthiest dinner i ever had in my life..=P
While studying..sam who had nth to do was obviously keeping a look out for sly..but nv did we expect to meet daphney khoo herself..she's nice looking n she was with this guy who looked way older than her..so me n rin went up to her..chatted with her abit..took pics..n she signed my watch too..said my watch looked cool leh..n she was giggling her head off when she saw sly's signature on it..lol..n apparently..sly was at heerens at 7.45pm..*punches herself*
moral of the day : NYDC heerens outlet is definitely a great place for studying! heeheez..
